What do I need to do to use Appirio Cloud Sync?
Appirio Cloud Sync synchronizes information between the Salesforce and Google Apps Calendar and Contact list. You'll need Salesforce administrative rights to install Appirio Cloud Sync in your Salesforce org, and need to be a Salesforce.com and Google Apps user to use this product.
How do I get started with Appirio Cloud Sync?
- Go to our Salesforce AppExchange listing and click "Get it now"
http://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000004cg4GEAQ - During the install process you’ll login to Salesforce.com, review and agree to the Appirio Cloud Sync terms and conditions, review the package contents, and install the application.
- After completing the installation, follow the instructions for completing the Admin setup and instructions for completing the sync configuration. Additional information can be found on the support portal.
Can I use Cloud Sync with my personal Gmail address book?
Appirio Cloud Sync only works with your organization's Google Apps account, not your personal Gmail account.
