When using the Appirio Campaign Timeline services (together with any related or successor service), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Use comprise the entire agreement between you and Appirio and supersede all prior agreements. You may continue to use Appirio as long as you adhere to these Terms.

Use of Appirio Campaign Timeline is void where prohibited. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. You must be an individual of 13 years of age or older to register or otherwise use our service.

All pre-existing content available as you use Appirio Campaign Timeline, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and/or other content (collectively "Content"), is the property of Appirio, Inc. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Except as expressly and unambiguously provided herein, Appirio does not grant you any express or implied rights under any intellectual or industrial property rights.
USE OF SERVICE
This service or any portion thereof may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Appirio. Appirio reserves the right to refuse service and monitor or terminate accounts in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if Appirio believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Appirio.
When using the services offered by Appirio (together with any successor site(s)), you agree to abide by our community standards. Appirio Campaign Timeline is provided so that Salesforce customers may publish Salesforce campaign information to a Google Calendar. To keep our service freely available to the public, all users agree to adhere to our community standards. As such, you may not use Appirio Campaign Timeline for any content which is:
(a) unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights,
(b) is vulgar, obscene, indecent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
(c) violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others,
(d) promotes, solicits, encourages, commits, or condones conduct which constitutes a criminal or civil offense;
Users may not undertake or encourage any conduct that, in our sole opinion, abuses, limits, restricts, or negatively affects any other user from enjoying any of the Appirio Services.
CHILDREN
Appirio's website and services are not directed at individuals under thirteen years of age, and we do not intend to collect any personally-identifiable information from such individuals.
