Candidate Profile

Appirio, Inc. seeks a stellar coder to help build out our SaaS product offerings. If you are excited as we are about cloud computing at the enterprise level and looking to build innovative applications on the leading SaaS platforms, Appirio may be the place for you. • Technical acumen to help convert plans into real solutions that work
• Willingness to work on the bleeding edge, without attachment to specific technology paradigms.
• Strong communications skills to fully understand customer requirements and pain points and translate them into a plan of action

Key Requirements

Specific areas of expertise include:

• A minimum of three years of commercial software development experience (six years for senior position)
• Understanding of the complete technology stack from database, to app server to the front end user experience. Deep hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
  • Database with PL SQL or equivalent
  • Java, C, C#, or equivalent for application development
  • Server side web technologies like PHP, Perl, Ruby, etc.
  • Front end exerptise with AJAX / Adobe flex
• Proficient with complete web application development stack, both front and back-end
• Experience with one or more web platform (Google, Salesforce.com, Amazon) a plus
• BS/CS, IS or equivalent from top tier university
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
