  • Dolby Laboratories: Dolby Laboratories' entire end-to-end worldwide licensing sales process is now managed by Salesforce. This highly customized SFA application resulted from the unique nature of Dolby Laboratories' sales processes and touchpoints to other systems. This system went live in April 2008. The team now has complete visibility to all pertinent licensing data directly from Salesforce.

  • Author Solutions: Author Solutions, a leading company that helps authors publish, promote and sell their books, has chosen to run their entire business on Salesforce. It's one of the most innovative platform projects in the U.S. They've selected Appirio to build this highly customized solution, which will be a terrific showcase of the power of Force.com as an application development platform.

  • Republican National Convention: The GOP convention brings together thousands of people for a high-profile nationa three-day event. What better tools to use to coordinate and plan this event than Google Apps and Salesforce.com? OUR SERVICES - Appirio Expands Google Practice

Appirio has expanded its Google Enterprise practice by offering an additional set of SaaS strategy, implementation and change management services specifically for businesses considering Google Apps.

The services enable companies to take full advantage of Google's on demand messaging and collaboration application, while reducing migration and implementation risk and increasing user adoption. Appirio's services focus primarily on Google's messaging applications, including Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Talk, as well as Google's knowledge management and collaboration applications, including Google Docs. Google Start Page and Google Sites.

Service offerings include Saas Strategy Consulting,Migration and Implementation Services, and Education and Change Management Services. With this expanded offering, Appirio now offers a full portfolio of services for enterprises to accelerate their adoption of Google Apps and salesforce.com.

OUR PRODUCTS - Appirio Launches Cloud Storage and Salesforce for Google Apps

Cloud Storage: Appirio Cloud Storage lets Salesforce.com users store more documents and larger size files - such as customer support logs, software patches and video presentations - directly through the salesforce.com interface. The new SaaS offering creates a secure integration with the Amazon.com utility storage service and provides the ability to store documents up to 1GB in size - 200 times larger than the native salesforce.com limit! The cost? A full order of magnitude less than storing attachments natively in Salesforce.

Salesforce for Google Apps: Appirio also announced four new products that bring together Google Apps and Salesforce. The four Appirio offerings enable Salesforce and Google users to easily synchronize calendars, collaborate on marketing campaigns, find and embed documents, and create and share customize CRM dashboards. Early interest and success with these products has been fantastic. Over 600 organizations use these products, and we're starting to see the business impact of bringing together Salesforce and Google. Appirio currently has 3 of the top 10 apps of the last 30 days on AppExchange.
OUR PARTNERS - On the Road with salesforce.com and Google
  • Salesforce Events: Appirio & Salesforce in Tour de Force Series: This 20 city tour shares the power of the Force.com platform with customers, analysts and press. At each event, Appirio has been on the keynote stage with salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff sharing our innovative work with Dolby Laboratories Solutions, leading breakout sessions and panel events, and participating in the Force.com "App Improv" coding sessions. Appirio also co-presented with Salesforce.com at strategic press and analyst events including Forbes, Fortune, CNET Editorial Board, the Dow Jones Web Convergence, and the Pacific Crest SaaS Investment Conference.
  • Google Events: Appirio was invited to the Google Campfire event, where Google announced their new AppEngine development platform. We are beta users of the technology. In addition, Appirio was a charter member of Google's re-launched Solution Marketplace, highlighting Google enterprise partner offerings and customer success stories. Check out our listings on the Google Solution Marketplace and our customer success stories. Appirio also received a Google Gadget Ventures Grant for our innovative work on the Salesforce Gadgets. Users can access these pre-built gadgets from Appirio to display core Salesforce data directly within their Google Start Page, Google Site or Google Documents.
