Candidate Profile

We are looking for a operational manager to keep the Appirio professional services machine running smoothly. Your success will be measured and rewarded based on our team's growth, utilization, and customer success.

Manage overall staffing process:

  • Match available consultants to customer project requirements
  • Keep Professional Services Automation tool up-to-date with assignment data
  • Communicate regularly with consulting managers and client managers to anticipate requirements

Maintain relationships with Appirio subcontracting partners:

  • Review and line up available resources from partners that provide Appirio with subcontractors
  • Respond to requests for resources from partners to which Appirio provides subcontractors
  • Maintain data in third parties’ systems (e.g. those of partners to which Appirio provides subcontractors) such as logging time and expenses

Assist in managing the consulting team:

  • Contribute to creation of marketing collateral
  • Provide regular metrics reports on consulting delivery and performance
  • Prepare and maintain consultant resumes
  • Draft and publish “go-live” announcements

 

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role for a consulting organization
  • Proficiency with web-based software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Specific industry experience with software development, software-as-a-service, or Salesforce.com and Google Apps is a plus
